Job Description/Duties:

When you board an aircraft, one of the first things you notice is the cleanliness of the cabin. If you spot crumbs on the floor and the tray table is sticky from a previous passenger who spilled their drink, it has a huge impact on how much you enjoy your flight.

As a Cabin Service Attendant, you'll be instrumental in making sure that our passengers are welcomed aboard a spotless aircraft, and that the crew have everything they need in terms of the required inventory for passenger comfort. Although you may not see our passengers on a frequent basis, they will see and appreciate your work every time they fly.

Qualifications/Conditions of Employment:

• Grade 12 High School Diploma or equivalent
• Required to obtain and retain a valid Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC)
• Required to obtain and retain a valid Airside Vehicle Operator Permit (AVOP) within 30 days of employment
• Required to obtain and retain a valid class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract
• Required to obtain Restricted Operators Certificate – Aeronautical (ROC-A) within 30 days of employment
• Be physically fit (able to bend, kneel, crawl, stoop, climb and lift up to 70 pounds repetitively)
• Able to physically move within tight spaces such as aircraft galleys and seats
• Able to perform all duties under stressful conditions beyond the employee's control
• Must be a Canadian citizen, Permanent Resident or show proof of right to work in Canada
• Valid First Aid is an asset
