Job Description/Duties:
We are looking for a part time, 25-30 hours per week, bookkeeper/administrative assistant to join our team. Hours have some flexibility, although we prefer a regular schedule of during the weekdays.

Responsibilities include:
• Bookkeeping, Bank Reconciliation compilation activities for Hotel.
• All bookkeeping tasks, including date entry, enter receipts and invoices, reconcile invoices, balance statements, preparation of journal entries, engage with staff and hotel guests with specific requests as needed.
• Controlling Staff Payroll
• Accounts receivables and accounts payables for the business
• Monthly Payroll remittance
• Recording day to day financial transactions for the hotel.
• Keeping excel and Sage 50 records for hotel business.
• Reconciling bank and credit card activity.
• Paying bills and recording in Sage 50.
