• We are looking for a very organized, dynamic individual who can assist with the administration and management of Gray Management Services group of companies.

Job Summary:
The Property Manager is in charge of overseeing and performing the maintenance and cleaning of our portfolio of properties. It includes coordinating and overseeing contractors and vendors, as well as ensuring clients and tenants are taken care of.


• The successful candidate must have a high school diploma or GED. The applicant must also have 3-5 years experience in the property management industry.
• Skills and abilities: The ability to work in a fast paced environment, organize and process information, and use that information to make business decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The job entitles constant communication with employees and clients.
• Knowledge of accounting procedures and GAAP and the ability to prepare financial statements.
• Familiarity with labour legislation that may impact human resource management in the region
• A good attitude, willingness to learn and work, and the ability to stay organized, prioritize, and get all necessary tasks completed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Visit properties, clean garbage and improve general cleanliness.
• Meet and supervise contractors.
• Oversee tenant lease agreements, rent collection.
• Manage and organize company correspondence, information, and filing systems
• Collect and organize bills, pay and post accounts payable in a timely manner.
• Interview, hire, train, develop, plan and assign work, evaluate performance and manage employees where needed
• Book appointments and meetings and assist with Executive scheduling
• Draft and edit policies, procedures, work processes, forms and checklists, guidelines or standard operating practices.
• Assemble and analyze data, prepare reports and documents for the company and clients alike. Conduct research and prepare findings in a comprehensive manner.
• Develop and execute systems to manage corporate information.
• Schedule company meetings and other activities as necessary, keeping detailed minutes and notes.
• Assist the Senior Property Manager and other staff when needed. This includes customer service and picking up and moving building materials and equipment.
