Job Title: Assets Administrator Office Coordinator                   CLOSING DATE: October 20 / 2017
DEPARTMENT: Infrastructure
STATUS: Full-time Permanent
SALARY: C/TFN Wage Scale Level 5-9 depending on education and experience

As a member of our Infrastructure team, the successful candidate is responsible for; daily clerical administration of CTFN's Infrastructure. Coordinating and responding to inquiries regarding requests for programs and services. Ensuring coding requirements are accurate for submission for payment, maintaining both physical and computerized filing systems as well as acting as liaison for the general public, tenants, Housing Team and Senior Manager of Infrastructure. The successful candidate must: be able to handle stress while meeting deadlines and handling heavy work loads, must posses strong decision making skills and demonstrate good judgement, as well as have strong client services orientation and the ability to manage volatile clients.

· Completion of an office administration or business administrative certificate or diploma
· A combination of experience and training will also be acceptable
· Experience in the Administrative field along with strong time management, organization & prioritization skills
· Ability to communicate effectively written and orally
· Ability to understand and apply policies and legislation
· Strong interpersonal skills required dealing with public concerns and working with Capital Projects team
· Must be familiar with and highly capable of using Software programs such as, Microsoft Word, Excel, Open Office, Power Point, etc.
· Coursework/training in bookkeeping, accounting, records management/filing, housing or sitting on boards would be an asset

· Valid Yukon Class 5 driver's licence
· Ability to function in a potentially stressful environment Dealing with constant interruptions and high levels of regular/irregular critical deadlines
· Located in an office environment
An eligibility list will be established from this competition. No compensation will be given for moving costs and must be eligible to work in Canada.
