• Pre-treatment and Direct to Garment printing on T-shirts, hoodies, totes, socks, woods
• Making sure all inks work well on different kinds of garment
• Setting up, testing prints & fabric, and color matching to achieve desired look for print
• Placing garment on printer to ensure correct placement of artwork
• Using Direct to Garment (DTG) software to access art files
• Navigating and maintaining computer files relating to printing
• Determining placement of artwork on garment
• Ensuring operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and tests; following manufacturer's instructions
• Separating garments by size and style
• Trimming, folding, and bagging goods for shipping
• Weeding, peeling artwork to prepare for heat transfer
• Transferring artwork by heat transfer onto garments
• Testing quality of garment before executing heat transfer
• Receiving and processing payments by cash, account, credit card or automatic debit from customers
• Remain flexible in your job duties. Your job may include receiving inventory, folding shirts, fulfilling orders, or any other duties as identified by management
• Ensure equipment and work area are clean and organized each day


• 1 year to less than 2 years of previous related experience with Brother, Epson or similar Direct to Garment or Apparel printers
• Have experience in graphic arts such as Adobe or Corel graphics software
• Be attentive to details
• Watch for print quality and identify print discrepancies
• Must be able to perform multiple tasks, and accomplish multiple projects, simultaneously
• Able to distinguish between many colors, sizes, style of garments and variety of platen sizes for printing requested per order
• Able to work as a team with members of the apparel staff and communicate effectively with manager and other designers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Need to be able to stand for an entire shift
• Support manager with whatever else needs to be done
• Working towards or successful completion of Bachelor's Degree/ College in Multimedia is preferred
