Description/Duties
Reception, filing, grant proposals, liaise with various agencies at national and territorial and local level, collection and distribution of various reports from locations across the Diocese of Yukon. 
Tuesday to Friday mornings is minimum. Opportunity exists to grow in this position and develop to expanded hours which would include benefits such as extended health care, pension plan, continuing education and others. 
Requirements/Qualifications
  • Preference is education in administration and/or office procedures. Some understanding of the church is helpful but training is provided. Knowledge of Microsoft, Sage 50 is preferred. 
  • Good organizational skills is an asset.
  • The successful applicant will require a criminal record check including vulnerable persons. Will also require completion of Safe Church training.
  • Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
