Description/Duties

Stay attuned to a child’s interest and needs and guide and address them in positive manners
Infant, toddler, preschool
Ensure the safe learning environment while allowing children to take risks for learning opportunities
Document child’s stories and share with their families and invite them to join
Understand and respect the differences
Communicate with daycare admins and co-teachers in the classroom

Requirements/Qualifications

Child Care Level 3 permanent
Fluent in English (speaking/reading/writing)
Basic security clearance, Yukon criminal record check, Yukon immunization record, Tuberculosis Test in Canada, First Aid Certificate
