Description/Duties
  • Assist customers with shopping needs
  • Maintain product knowledge and memorize the location of items within the supermarket to answer inquiries
  • Ensure all products are sufficiently stocked and displayed according to expiration dates
  • Initiates assistance to customers and escorts them to the proper aisles
  • Bags groceries and helps customers carry them to their vehicle when needed
  • Seeks feedback on how to improve customer service
Requirements/Qualifications
  • Customer Service Skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills.
  • Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • Applicants must be reliable, responsible, punctual, honest, and have a positive attitude.
  • Applicants must be willing to work days and evenings, as well as weekends and holidays. 
  • This position requires standing for long periods of time.
