Laminate Countertop Fabricator/Sawyer

Cinderwood Kitchens Ltd. Is a privately owned local company employing 12 people, including the two working owners. We have been well established in Whitehorse since 1995. We are a busy company, involved in the fabrication and installation of kitchen & bathroom cabinets & countertops. 

Job Description:
• Fabrication & cutting of laminate countertops for residential & commercial projects.
• Properly read layouts, drawings and cut to specifications.
• Receive, inspect, clean & tag material and notify if there are any damages.
• Maintain stocking program of laminate countertops.
• Inspect, package and load complete products for delivery or pick up.
• Travel to job sites, follow CWK written guidelines & policies and install laminate countertops.
• Prioritize, organize and communicate effectively with sales staff.
• Operate woodworking machines such as power saws, table saws, routers, and use hand tools to fabricate countertops.
• Deliveries.
• Shop clean up.
• Interest & willingness to learn solid surface fabrication & installation. Wilsonart / Corian etc.
