Landscaping Supervisor

• Plan and direct landscape construction work supervise workers, establish schedules and procedures, resolve work related problems, follow health and safety procedures, maintain tools and equipment.
• Strong ability to perform same duties as workers supervised 
• Attention to detail, strong leadership and organizational skills

• 3 years minimum experience in construction environment
• Experience supervising landscape crews
• Diploma or certificate in horticulture or landscape design or related industry experience
• Extensive experience operating skid steers and excavators (3 years +) experience planting trees, shrubs, perennials, laying sod, grading topsoil, organizing daily tasks for crews, trouble shooting, dealing with consultants and customers
• Strong ability to perform same duties as workers supervised 
• Class 3 driver’s license with air endorsement preferred
