Description/Duties

• Daily preparation and execution of food items
• Working cooperatively to support other shifts (ie. Prep and Inventory Control)
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Supervise kitchen helpers
• Clean kitchen and work area

Requirements/Qualifications

• Previous line cook experience
• Clean, honest, reliable
• Non-smoker preferred
• Team player
