The Opportunity

We are currently seeking motivated, hard-working Production Employees to join the team in our Door Shop.  We provide training, the opportunity for advancement, and a clean, safe, modern working environment.

 Our ideal production worker candidate has the following skills:

  • Working knowledge of manufacturing production and processes
  • Knowledge of basic housing construction.
  • Knowledge of the equipment and tools used in the manufacturing and production process of the company including maintenance of same
  • Knowledge and awareness of safety regulations, occupational hazards and safety precautions
  • Good math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Good hand-eye coordination and good motor skills
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Demonstrate sound work ethics
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive work
Requirements/Qualifications
Job Requirement(s):

  • Ability to operate and handle tools and equipment in a safe and responsible manner,
  • Ability to read and use a tape measure
  • Ability to read and interpret computer-aided drawings and plans
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to accept constructive criticism and work well under pressure
