Description/Duties
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is an opportunity to learn and assist in our records information management (RIM) program in entering data, digitization, maintaining and archiving files. You will assist the RIM division in teaching and providing technical support to others and assist in coordinating, developing and implementing standards, policies, and procedures within records information management within different departments of the Nation.  
 
THE PERSON
This person is genuinely interested in record keeping and is procedural oriented in ensuring guidelines and business rules are adhered to for transfers, storage and retrieval of records in a records classification system. You are reliable, value confidentiality, organized and work well independently and in a team setting. You have good communication skills and demonstrate self-initiative in getting tasks and projects completed within scope and on-time. 
Requirements/Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS 
This person will have completed a minimum of two years post-secondary education in records management or related administrative field, or combination of education and past relevant experience. You must be familiar with the use of standard office equipment and demonstrated computer skills using Microsoft Office and Outlook.
 
Special Working Conditions
Criminal Record Check and Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and Abstract.
