Description/Duties

Automotive Service Technician

Requirements;

must have valid class 5 license
must maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times
ability to work in a fast pace environment
physical dexterity skills are required

37.5 hours a week

This successful applicant will be:

greeting customers;
discussing products and services to customers;
providing recommendations based on vehicle assessments;
suggesting new products and services; and
working with a close knit team and communicating with other technicians.

Mechanical services such as:

oil and filter changes
replacement of vital car fluids (eg. coolant, transmission, differential and transfer case fluids)
replacement of parts under hood ( eg. air filters, headlights, taillights, wiper blades )
performing courtesy checks on all vehicles ( eg. topping up fluids, cleaning windows and checking tire pressure )
