NSA is looking for a coach or motivated individual who understands and strives to consistently work towards the vision and mission statements of Northern Strength Academy while exemplifying the key behaviours expected of a successful strength and conditioning coach and NSA team member

To continuously improve the knowledge and capacity of Yukon athletes and to guide clientele on their path to higher achievement in athletics and personal goals.

Who: NSA is looking for a coach or trainer who is experienced and/or desires to coach/train:

Personal training, small – large group, teams, training athlete and general population and assisting with rehabilitation, and providing assessments. Willingness to work with all genders, ages, and abilities. Coaching certification is required to work 1:1 with clients, however motivated individuals wishing to pursue a career in Strength and Conditioning should apply and would receive training and mentoring to become certified and successful at NSA. Background in sport and/or training is a benefit but not a requirement

When: NOW! NSA is hoping to find the right candidate asap. Hours will be flexible M-S; however, the successful candidate will be required to work Saturdays and some evenings. Part time progressing to full time hours available immediately for the right candidate.

How much: NSA provides compensation at benefits in accordance to and above industry standards. Hourly Rates will vary depending on previous experience and current coaching certification $30-$60 per hour with perks and commission opportunities available
