Description/Duties
  • Outbound calling to customers and inventory management
  • Meeting customers face to face and provide correct product information and closing sales
  • Focus on achieving daily sale targets (Individual and team targets)
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from outbound calling activity
  • Provide with correct information and make regular follow-ups with the customers
  • Ensure all our customers' needs are met through the professional, high-quality customer service solutions
  • Actively participate in day-to-day activities such as training sessions, mentoring, developing marketing strategies
  • Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services
Requirements/Qualifications
  • Proven skills to provide advice and guidance to customers on products, services and store promotions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to communicate clearly and positively with customers, vendors, employees, and management
  • Ability to maintain a professional image and demeanor, which will reflect positively on the overall GP Heavy machinery brand
