Description/Duties
The Reach Out Support Line is a volunteer-based, confidential, non-judgmental and free support line run by the Canadian Mental Health Association, Yukon Division. The Reach Out Support Line operates from 10am-2am with trained volunteers who will listen, support and help callers find options, no matter how big or small the issue.

We will provide all the training to be able to answer calls with confidence.
Requirements/Qualifications
  • Great listening skills.
  • Must be able to work 2 shifts of four hours a month for at least 6 months. The shifts are 10am-2pm, 2pm-6pm,6pm-10pm,10pm-2am.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must be able to finish all of the mandatory training we provide and pass a Criminal Records Check for the Vulnerable sector.
  • Must be able to work with a team or individually.
