Description/Duties
  • Go over training
  • Answer the phone 
  • Support other volunteers
  • Clean operating stations before and after shift. 
  • Debrief all calls
  • Go over resources
Requirements/Qualifications
  • Must be over the age of 18 years old.
  • Good listener
  • The ability to want to learn
  • To be able to commit to 2 shifts per month for 6 months
