CRA’s Liaison Officers can help small business owners and self-employed individuals understand their tax obligations better. Liaison Officers can provide support with:

• Understanding income, deductible expenses, GST/HST, and payroll taxes;
• Online services and tools that are available to assist in business endeavors;
• Common tax errors to avoid; and
• Recommendations for bookkeeping

This webinar will give participants a basic understanding of what the CRA’s Liaison Officer service can offer them and will explain how they can request a visit from a Liaison Officer if they are interested in doing so.
